Subaru BRZ Coupe Prices Starting from £24,995 in Britain


The Subaru BRZ sports coupe will go on sale in the UK this summer with on-the-road prices ranging from £24,995 to £27,995, the same as its Toyota GT 86 alter ego.

There's a choice of two trim grades, SE and SE LUX, and two six-speed transmissions, a standard manual or for £1,500 more, an automatic with paddle shifters. All BRZ's are powered by the same 2.0-liter flat-four.

Subaru also plans to offer a cheaper and more basic S model based on the JDM BRZ RA in 2013.

Vin Diesel Confirms that Fast 6 will be Filmed in Europe, Rihanna Rumored to Play the Villain


In a new posting on his Facebook page, Vin Diesel confirmed that the next installment of the Fast and Furious franchise will take place in Europe.

"Preproduction on Fast 6 is up and running!" wrote Diesel. "For years we have wanted to venture the storyline to Europe, and now because of you... it's become a reality," he added.

In related news, British tabloid newspaper 'The Sun' reported that Barbadian recording artist and actress Rihanna has been cast as a villain in the sixth installment of the series, adding that filming will take place in England.

An unnamed source told the daily newspaper: “Rihanna impressed with her acting debut in Battleship. Writers think she’ll be perfect for the role. Her character has plenty of bite and doesn’t take any prisoners — just like her in real life. It’s a step up the ladder for her and could lead to bigger action roles.”

Chrysler Group Celebrates 2013 Dodge Dart Production Launch with a Giant Wrap


It has become something of a ritual for the Chrysler Group to celebrate a significant event or product launch by decorating its 15-story world headquarters’ building in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

The automaker did it when it introduced the latest Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2010, when it won the 2011 Truck of the Year Award and even to display its "Imported from Detroit" tagline for the Chrysler 200.

Now it's time for the all-new and very important from a sales perspective 2013 Dodge Dart to take its place on Chrysler's headquarters via a 116 feet wide and 145 feet tall wrap that reads , “All that matters is what’s ahead,” which is borrowed from the company’s Super Bowl spot, “It’s Halftime in America.”

2013 Ford Focus ST U.S. Pricing Leaked, Starts from $23,700*


We are not sure when Ford is planning to release official pricing for its U.S. market 2013 Focus ST, but a leaked dealer document discovered on the FordSTNation forums by the team over at Jalopnik tells us that the hot hatchback will start at $23,700 when it arrives in dealerships across the States within the next few weeks.

The aforementioned MSRP does not include a destination and handling fee (*), which should be the same as the rest of the Focus lineup at $795, bringing up the price to $24,495.

We also see the cost of some options including the moonroof at $895, the navigation system at $795, the Tangerine Scream Tricoat Paint at $495, and the engine block heater at $35. There are also two equipment packages named 201A ($2,505) and 201A ($4,840), though we don't get any details about their content.
