We're not the only ones surprised by the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board's [NTSB] call for a ban on all cellphone use - yes, that includes both talking and text messaging- by drivers.
The controversial federal proposal also caught the attention of Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul, who on Wednesday, called the NTSB's (doesn't the acronym sound like something Comedy Central would come up with?) recommendation "ridiculous."
