Rare Aston Martin One-77 Exotic Crashes in Hong Kong

A very rare Aston Martin One-77 was involved in an accident in Hong Kong last week. We came to know about the crash after pictures of the exotic supercar being loaded on a flatbed hit a Chinese forum.

The circumstances surrounding the accident are unknown at this time, though it appears from the photos that the front and rear corners on the driver's side of the car were damaged.

Well, This is Embarrassing: Aston Martin One-77 has the Hiccups…

It's never a pleasant experience should your vehicle stall on a heavily trafficked public road with a lot of people watching, but we can't help but think that it has to be worse when it occurs to a €1.1+ million (US$1.3 million) Aston Martin One-77 that's capable of reaching a top speed of about 220mph (355 km/h).

And that is exactly what happened to one of the 77 owners of the exclusive Aston Martin model, not once, but more than a couple of times somewhere in France.

For the record, the One-77's 750bhp 7.3-liter V12 powerplant is linked to a six-speed automated manual gearbox with column-mounted paddles. Hop over the jump to check out the video.

Aston Martin Drops More Video of its One-77, Confirms Engine Specs

Aston Martin has released a new video (part four of a series, apparently) detailing its One-77 mega-super-hyper car flagship as well as showing it out on the track. Specifications? Sure thing. The 7.3-liter V12 has been officially certified at 750 horsepower and 750 Nm (553.2 lbs-ft) of torque making it -according to the company- the most powerful naturally aspirated road car engine in the world today.

VIDEO: New Driving Footage of Aston Martin's One-77 Supercar

Here's a new video clip of Britain's most expensive supercar, the £1.25 million (that's about US$1.9 million or €1.4 million) Aston Martin One-77 undergoing extensive testing in advance of the first customer deliveries scheduled for later this year.

Aston Martin's most exclusive vehicle to date, is also the automaker's fastest having already recorded a top speed of 220.007mph or 354.86 km/h during testing in December at a secret proving ground in southern Europe.
